Roger Mills - Founding Partner
Roger is a construction veteran with more than 20 years of construction management experience. In that time, he has managed over $150 million worth of projects. Along the way, Roger has overseen the construction of forty NAHB Remodelor’s Council Award winning renovation projects. Roger graduated from Davidson College with a Bachelor of Arts in Classics with an Architecture Concentration. He also enjoys designing and crafting fine custom furniture.

Geoff Eloge - Founding Partner
Geoff is also well acquainted with the residential construction world. In the last 15 years, he has worked as a Real Estate Broker, Construction and Design Consultant, Custom Home Project Manager and more recently as the Director of Home Services for a reputable HVAC and Home Performance Business. Geoff has a great understanding of how homes work and how to create healthy, comfortable, and efficient environments. As a native of Charlotte, and with many years of experience as a real estate broker, Geoff has a true talent for consulting homeowners with the navigation of choices required to make smart decisions in pursuit of their dream home. Geoff is also a graduate of Davidson College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art. He is an artist at heart who uses a critical eye and a creative spirit to help build artfully crafted fine homes. He also, when time permits, enjoys making abstract paintings.
Noteworthy achievements for Geoff include:

- Managed the daily operations of a team of 40+ employees, completing hundreds of projects per year in HVAC and Home Performance Contracting

Erika Guerrero - Project Coordinator
Erika has successfully coordinated the completion of some of Charlotte’s newest luxury apartment homes. Erika is a California native, but now considers Charlotte her true home after graduating from Appalachian State University. She enjoys hiking, good eats, and building homes.
John Heary - Field Services
John began his career in 1983 in the roofing business and also found his home in custom framing. Since 2001, John has become a leader on-site for remodeling and new construction jobs. John has been a Charlotte resident for over 35 years and is a family man. He loves to cook for his wife and daughter in the evenings. John also enjoys going camping and fishing.
John is a meticulous and thoughtful person which makes him ideally suited to the Mills Eloge company philosophy.
Louis Giacomini - Construction Manager
Louis is a veteran construction manager with more than 20 years of experience, and has owned his own successful custom homebuilding firm. He was excited to join the Mills Eloge Team because of the fresh approach the company brings to the construction process. Louis is hard-working, organized and uncompromising when it comes to quality, attributes which make him a great fit as the leader of the production team.
Shelley Atkins - Project Manager
Shelley packs a punch when it comes to completing your project on time and with finesse. Her experience in event coordinating brings transferable skills into the project management realm. Shelley is a Charlotte native, a freelance writer, and an HGTV enthusiast. She recently knocked graduating from Queens University off her bucket list, earning honors with her Bachelor of Arts in English and Creative Writing. Shelley enjoys being an active member of the community and hanging out with her husband and kids at music events.
Ryan Bleau - Project Manager
Ryan is a natural leader on the jobsite. His even temper and ability to view the project through the eyes of the client make him an important member of the team. He enjoys getting his hands dirty when necessary, but truly shines when managing the material and labor needs of residential projects.
